Full Property Renovation Schedule

This contains an experienced property renovator to hold 3 virtual calls with you. Where they will run through the schedule for the project and agree with you the scope of the works, Each item will be populated into the schedule and grouped in priority. 

The timeframe of the project will be agreed with all parties, and the total project cost will be equally apportioned over this period so a defined payment schedule is agreed. The contractor will be required to deliver to this schedule and the payments will be made in accordance with the work being completed.

The advisor will also help provide a checklist of key documentation is in place before the build commences, this includes insurance, signed contract, signed tender, signed schedule, signed plans and signed payment receipts.
